After all the hype and drama, it seems today’s ‘Big Surprise’ just happened to be a price cut for the aging PS2. All is well and good though, as the PS2 is getting a price reduction, cut to $99.
Kotaku is reporting that the recently released Call of Duty : World at War DLC has sold 1 million copies. Hitting the PSN and Xbox 360 March 19th, the pack included 4 new online levels. Within a 3 day span, players spent a nice $10 million on the content.
No word yet if this will encourage Treyarch to make more DLC.
